Website Development – Important Notes & Terms
1. Website Technology – Hostinger
- Your website will be developed on Hostinger.
- Development will be based on the features and functionality supported by the Hostinger platform.
- The platform currently supports up to 600 products, subject to the selected plan and platform limitations.
2. Domain & Hosting
- Domain and hosting subscriptions are purchased separately by the client directly from Hostinger.
- As a Hostinger Partner, MARKEETO will assist you in securing available hosting discounts.
3. Product Uploads – What's Included
- Your package includes the upload of 15 products.
- You can use these 15 product uploads anytime within 4 months from the project commencement date.
- Need to add more products? Additional uploads are charged at a fixed rate of ₹300 per product.
- This rate is fixed and non-negotiable.
4. Online Payments – Razorpay
- Razorpay is the supported payment gateway for accepting online payments.
- The client must create their own Razorpay account and complete the required KYC and verification.
- Payment gateway transaction fees and other applicable charges are borne by the client.
5. Content & Images – Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all product images, banners, logos and other visual assets required for the website.
- Product names, descriptions, pricing and other relevant product information must also be provided by the client.
6. Post-Deployment Support – No Recurring Maintenance Fees
- No Monthly Maintenance Fees. No Annual Maintenance Contracts. MARKEETO does not charge recurring fees just to keep your website running.
- 11 Months of Technical Assurance: Any technical glitches or development-related issues identified within 11 months from the website deployment date will be fixed by MARKEETO at absolutely no additional cost.
- Need Something Changed? New design changes, content edits, additional features or functionality enhancements requested after deployment will be quoted separately before any work begins.
Payment terms & conditions
Payment Terms
1. Advance Payment – ₹15,000
- An advance payment of ₹15,000 is required to initiate the project.
- Project work will begin once the advance payment is received.
2. Final Payment – ₹5,000
- The remaining ₹5,000 is payable immediately upon successful website deployment.
